We can provide basic troubleshooting of any of our services at a fraction of the cost of what an in-house or contracted IT support person cost. Not that they do not provide a valuable service, but do you really want to pay a premium hourly rate just so that they can assist you to setup your email account?
We offer both hourly rates, billed in 15 minute increments, and monthly support plans at a discounted rate. So, if you are a small business owner, we make it affordable to get the level of support you need at a price that doesn’t break your budget. For our larger customers, choose a monthly plan and prepay for support at a discounted rate.
Available Plans
- Remote Support (normal business hours M-F 8 AM – 5 PM, PST) – $50.00 per hour
- Remote Support (after hours and weekends) – $75.00 per hour
- NEW Kerio Support (includes priority 24 hour remote support, setup, etc.) - $5.00 per user, per month
